Frequently Asked Questions

Return and Exchange Policy:

Due to the handmade and unique nature of my artwork, all sales are final.

Please make sure that you read listing descriptions carefully and view colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variation. I do my absolute best to accurately and honestly represent each piece listed, but please know that textures and colors may appear slightly different in person. If you would like to see additional photos of a piece, I’m happy to oblige - just ask!

I truly hope you enjoy and cherish any artwork you purchase. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact me.

How can I purchase an original?

My work is created and released in collections a few times throughout the year. Any available originals will be listed in my shop and collection releases will be announced to my email list (subscribers get first access) and advertised over on Instagram.

(If you are interested in a custom piece, more information can be found below.)

Do you take commissions?

Yes, I accept a limited number of commission requests on a quarterly basis. To reserve a spot on my commission calendar, please fill out this form to receive more details about the process and pricing.

Email list subscribers will be informed when commission spots open up, so sign up to make sure you’re in the loop!

Do you work with interior designers, stylists, Airbnb hosts, or home stagers?

Absolutely! If you are a designer or property owner and would like to discuss the possibility of using my work in a space, please connect with me via email.

Do you ship internationally? Are there additional fees for international orders?

I am happy to ship worldwide, with a few exceptions due to current postal restrictions. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping option during checkout, it’s likely because the U.S. post office is not currently accepting shipments to your location. Additionally, I am unable to ship to the UK as a result of recent policy changes.

It’s also important to know that costs may vary greatly depending on the size of the piece and its final destination.

Beyond the cost of shipping, please be aware of your own country’s customs fees or import taxes. These additional costs are out of my control and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The majority of my shipping is done through USPS and they have recently been experiencing delays. Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 days for me to package and ship your item(s). If available, I will provide tracking information to you, but once it leaves my studio it is out of my hands.

Prints and other made-to-order items may take a bit longer to ship. If an order is urgent or needs to be rushed, please reach out and we can discuss your shipping options.

Typically, U.S. domestic shipping takes between 1-3 weeks to be delivered. International shipping may take longer, especially when items need to pause and take a nap in customs.

Please use the “Local Pickup” option only if you are in Colorado and are able to be in Northern Colorado (I-25 corridor) within 1-3 days of your purchase. If you choose this option, send me an email for further coordination.

What’s up with your packaging?

As the owner of a small business and as a human who cares deeply about our planet, I try to reduce my impact on the environment and save us both some money by reusing packaging whenever possible.
